Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

At Adore the Label we are mindful of our environmental impact.
We aim to use compostable and minimal packaging where possible.  

 

​Current Estimated Shipping Times 

​Please note these are only estimated times and may be subject to change due to a number of different circumstances.

Domestic:

Standard - 5 -12 business days

Express - 3 -7 business days

​

International:

Standard - up to 10 weeks

Express - up to 14 business days​

Order Processing

Please allow 1 – 2 working days to process your order as I am a new mum and with 2 jobs I may not be able to pack orders asap but I will do my best. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been packed and shipped, providing you with a tracking number. At times there may be delays of up to 3-4 days to process your orders due to peak sale periods or personal circumstances out of my control. If there are to be expected delays with your order I will notify you as soon as possible, where applicable.

Please note: It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure personal details such as delivery address and contact details are accurate and correct. Once your order has been shipped we are unable to alter your details and you will be charged another shipping fee to re-send your order.  
 

Payment

Please note that all product prices indicated and payments made on this site are in Australian Dollar Currency.
Payment can be made via Debit/Credit Card & PayPal

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We hope you Adore your new purchase. However, if you have a change of mind you may return your item to us within 14 days of delivery to  receive a store credit. 

To be eligible for a store credit, the item/items must be returned to us in new condition with tags in place, must not be worn or stained and must not be washed or altered in any way. Once we receive your item and we have quality checked and confirmed you meet the criteria, we will contact you with a store credit voucher for the amount of the item. These vouchers are valid for 12 months. Please note that the shipping cost for returning the item will be at the buyers expense. We are unable to offer exchanges on items as we cannot guarantee that we will have your item in stock in another size or colour. We ask that you return your item for a store credit and place a new order. 

 

We are unable to offer refunds for items unless the item is faulty.
